If you are a UK national who arrived in Spain after January 1, 2021, you must obtain a TIE card to legalize your residency status.

  3. EX-17 form (Application for the TIE card)

  4. Proof of address in Spain

  5. Payment of fee (Modelo 790 Código 012)
